Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) End User Operations (EUO) External Beeper/Pager Continuation of Services 36C10B23Q0189 The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ 07724, intends to issue a solicitation and award a new contract on a sole-source basis to SPOK, Inc for commercial beeper lease and support services. This is a notice of intent, issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 5.2. The period of performance of this proposed effort shall be for a 12-month Base Period with (2) 12-month Option Periods. Please see the attached Justification for Other Than Competition, approved under the statutory authority of Section 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
