This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center, intends to issue a solicitation identified as Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C10B23Q0072, for the acquisition of System Integration and Device Testing Support. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. This solicitation is unrestricted. Large Businesses Require a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Request for Quote 36C10B23Q0072, is a requirement for System Integration and Device Testing Support. The Contractor shall provide a medical device system integrator who will acquire the medical devices that will be integrated to the Cerner EHRM in future deployments. These devices will be acquired for pre-deployment testing. VA expects that the medical device vendor/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) professional services that come with each medical device would include configuration, integration and testing for their medical device with the Cerner EHRM test environment. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
