This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6. The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a sole-source award to Feith Systems & Services, Inc. The intended award will be a firm-fixed price contract. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541512. The anticipated award date of on or about November 2, 2022. This notification shall close on November 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST.
