The Department of Veterans Affairs requires software support for brand name ProVation Medical for the software ProVation MD, used in the gastrointestinal (GI)/Pulmonary Medical Services. This medical information system is installed at the Orlando VA HealthCare System (OVAHCS) Lake Nona and the Viera Outpatient Clinic. ProVation MD is a clinical procedure documentation and coding system. This technology stores clinician procedure notes as structured data and uses the structured data to organize and generate documentation directed to specific audiences. This technology provides procedure specific documentation sets for Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, Pulmonology, and Urology. The ProVation MD Software features deep medical content, an anticipatory interface, quality reporting, EHR integration, a coding engine, and image capturing technology. The software maintenance shall include telephone and remote access support, periodic software updates, and periodic software upgrades. The period of performance shall be 12 months. Hardware shall be delivered up to 30 days after the award date. The estimated date of award for this action is January 10, 2023. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $30M.
