The Marion and Fort Wayne Hospitals of the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System require upgrades to their nurse call software. VA has previously purchased an enterprise license for Brand Name Rauland Responder 5 Software for the entire region. The Marion and Fort Wayne Hospitals need software support and some hardware to fully upgrade their nurse call system to Rauland Responder 5 to keep up to date with the other VA medical centers in the region. The Contractor shall provide a complete and customized solution, readily customized to fit our environment, to address our hospital's challenges. The system shall connect patients to staff by linking the capabilities of the latest wireless technology with traditional "nurse call" equipment.
