On November 17, 2022, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order 36C10B23F0018 to Four Points Technology LLC on a sole-source basis under its National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)NNG15SD22B. The total value of the Delivery Order is $762,240.60. Under this Deliver Order, VA will receive Brand Name Medicor Imaging support for configuring existing Medicor Imaging dental enterprise picture archiving and communication system (MiPACS) to function with the Cerner implementation of the new Electronic Health Record. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is being issued to provide notification of the award and the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for this effort.
