Synopsis for Automated Discharge Planning The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award call order(s) under its competitively solicited Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 36C10B21A0001 for the procurement of Automated Discharge Planning software and associated services for the James A. Haley VA Medical Center and the Iowa City VA Health Care System. This posting hereby serves as the synopsis of the intended actions as required by FAR 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. VA is not requesting proposals for these actions, however, if a company is interested in participating in either of these efforts, they can advise of their interest and submit a proposal that will be evaluated by VA. The base requirements are the same as those previously posted under 36C10B22Q0446.
