Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. EST by: FEB 16, 2023 VA has a current contract management solution Automated Acquisition Management Solution (AAMS) that it may transition to a SaaS solution of the same software. VA intends to fully transition to Momentum no later than Fiscal Year 2027 for its permanent contract solution. Please indicate if your firm has a Commerical SaaS solution for contract management. If your firm has a commercial contract management solution, please indicate how it would integrate with VA financial systems including the Veterans Integrated Service Architecture (VISTA) and Integrated Financials and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) as well as SAM.gov and other required minor integrations. Please detail the timeline required to complete this effort. VA has customized its contract management solution over years, please detail how your software could be customized to unique VA needs and detail a timeline for customization and enterprise wide roll out.
