The Government has reviewed the market research information in response to the Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) 36C10B22Q0301 Communications Cloud Service and Software Maintenance posted on this site. Based on that review and the market research information provided, VA intends to pursue a brand name requirement for (Granicus GovDelivery) and that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be solicited under National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) as a Small Business set-aside to Contract Holders in Groups B, C, and D under NAICS 541519. In accordance with FAR 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), the award notice for this action will be synopsized on the Federal Contract Opportunities website and the justification will be made publicly available at that time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Office of Public Affairs Communications Cloud Service and Software maintenance 36C10B22Q0301 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is conducting market research for a draft requirement in support of OIT and Office of Public Affairs. VA OIT and Office of Public Affairs has a draft requirement for renewal of its deployed brand name GovDelivery Communications Cloud Service Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as ancillary Software Maintenance and professional support services. Salient characteristics have been provided to identify potential alternatives to the deployed solution. The solution will provide enhanced web site and e-mail communication tools for public organizations. These services will enable VA to communicate harvested data from across the enterprise s business lines in a manner that is easily consumable by the public. The Contractor shall provide services to allow users to create customizable profiles and subscribe to information from across VA web sites as well as assist. The period of performance of this effort shall be 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods and five-optional tasks, to be exercised at the Government s discretion. The entire effort shall not exceed 60 months. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 518210. See specific requirements in the attached DRAFT Product Description. This is a Pre-solicitation notice/request for information (RFI) only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotations, or a Request for Proposal. Do not submit a proposal or quote. This market research is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
