Page 1 of Page 1 of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) anticipates a sole source task order under the authority of: the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. 637 (a) Section 8(a); and the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Supplements, Subpart 19.8. The Contractor shall perform all functions to maintain the Authority To Operate (ATO) for the Social Security Number Reduction (SSNR) tool in the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) cloud based environment to include any and all ATO related requirements including code changes to enhance and upgrade the existing SSNR Tool to meet Technical Reference Model (TRM) requirements and for long-term sustainability and use; security and legal compliance; and the eventual collection, reduction and/or elimination of the use of SSNs in VA databases. The Contractor shall provide upgrades and maintenance of VAEC platform as needed in order support functioning of the SSNR Tool. The Contractor shall also provide database management, troubleshooting, and user-support for VA officials utilizing the SSNR.
