Synopsis- Notice of Intent to Sole Source. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract with PAR EXCELLENCE SYSTEMS INC located at 11500 NORTHLAKE DR STE 135, CINCINNATI OH 45249 for brand name Par Excellence (ParEx) Point of Use (POU) Integration. This sole-source requirement provides technical services in support of ParEx Supply POU installation at VA SimLearn Centers, to include hardware and software required at the sites. This includes configuring the ParEx system to communicate with the VA s material management system to send data to DMLSS / LogiCole using the new Point of Care interface according to the DMLSS Legacy POU Smart Shelf System Interface Specification and Data Map documents. ParEx shall provide installation, testing, and troubleshooting technical support. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519, with a size standard of $302 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by 09/27/2021 8:00 AM eastern daylight time will be considered.
