This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number 36C10B21R0015 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) telecommunication data services at the service delivery points (SDP) as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services required are Metro Ethernet circuits point-to-point (10, 100, and 1000 mbps). Specific requirements are listed in the PWS (see section B.4). All offers shall contain the minimum information required under FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items to include its associated addendum (see E.5). All proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the section of this document titled, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Modified) (see E.6). Your proposal, in accordance with FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, shall list your DUNS number, CAGE code, Company name, Point of Contact, and phone number. All offerors are cautioned to pay close attention to the proposal submission instruction in section E.5 and to return both completed attachments found in section D.Â
