Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the enterprise license renewal and customized support for VA s Geriatrics and Extended Care Operations use of Community Living Center (CLC) Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Caribou Suite of software. This effort is proposed to be awarded on a sole source basis. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period and two, 12-month option periods. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Document Storage Systems Inc. (DSS), 12575 U.S. Highway 1, Suite 200, Juno Beach, Florida 33408.
