The purpose of this Amendment 0015 is to revise Attachment 0001_Price Evaluation Spreadsheet. Due to refined requirement that each VA site manage and fund its own instance and maintenance, the Price Spreadsheet has been revised to remove the option for an Entire VA Enterprise License as a pricing model. Further, this amendment is intended to reduce potential issues with the execution of any resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement regulations and thresholds this revision removes the option for an Entire VA Enterprise License. If you are submitting a revised proposal it must be received no later than Friday, June 18, 2021 at 12PM EST.
