US Department of Veterans Affairs Curapatient Software Licenses and Support Services This Combined Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notification is associated with Request for Information/Sources Sought notification, 36C10B21Q0524_1. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for Curapatient software licenses and support services. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII) has a requirement for Curapatient Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), hosted, cloud-based, COVID-19 Care Plan Management solution, which utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques and technologies, and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model for VA Medical Center (VAMC) locations in Washington, DC and Long Beach, CA for a total of approximately 700 patients and 10 clinicians at each site. This solution shall assist clinicians and patients in managing complex health conditions, specifically for COVID-19 monitoring and management, and promoting social distancing. The intended sole source award will be a firm-fixed price contract with Curapatient Inc., 100 Spectrum Center Dr Ste 250, Irvine, CA 92618-4964. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541519. The anticipated award date of on or about February 19, 2021. This notification shall close on February 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM EST.
