The Government has not yet completed its evaluations under Technical Factor 1. As a result, the Government now expects to issue advisory notification letters in or around early to mid-November. An amendment to the RFP will also be issued prior to the release of the advisory notifications to clarify some inconsistencies with regard to RDC scheduling and due dates for Volumes II through IV, as well as to answer any remaining questions related to the RDC and these Volumes. The Government appreciates our industry partners’ patience throughout this process.
