The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a solicitation on or August 17, 2020 for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Facility Management Solution (FMS) that will optimize processes for facilities, operating technologies and employees in order to efficiently manage employee locations, office moves, relocations, and consolidation of office space. Additionally, the vendor shall also provide facilities management solution integration support, to include program initiation tasks, FMS setup and design, data migration, asset management, work order management, portal management, floor mapping, space and planned move management, user acceptance testing, production technical support, and training. Further, the vendor shall provide FMS solution post-production customer support and assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring. The vendor shall serve as the single point of contact for all elements of the solution to include installation, necessary computing platforms, integration services, and software support as required. The Contractor shall provide a COTS Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) - Low Impact Level approved SaaS FMS that will optimize processes for facilities, operating technologies and employees in order to efficiently manage employee locations, office moves, relocations, and consolidation of office space. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside on the beta.SAM website. The Period of Performance shall be one, six-month base period to complete the Authority to Operate with four, 12-month option periods, if exercised by the Government. The North American Industrial Classification for this effort is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The estimated date of award for this action is September 14, 2020. This notice does not in itself represent the issuance of a formal request for proposal/quote and is not intended to be taken as such. This notification shall close on August 19, 2020.
