Please provide the following: A summary of your technical capability to meet the requirements of the Product Description (PD). Specific examples or references provided must include the agency, point of contact, dollar value and contract number. A Rough Order of Magnitude including credential broker service, table for shared service subscription rate issuance/renewals, and labor rate for the integration and engineering professional services. Feedback on the three (3) components of the Service Level Agreement: 1) Service Availability, 2) Service Reachability, and 3) Issue Resolution. An explanation in regard to subscriptions acquired by VA but not consumed by users/applications in a given Period of Performance. Any questions related to the draft PD accompanying this Request for Information (RFI). Whether you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and if so, under which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are you considered a Small Business (as stated in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database).
