To clarify the requirements of this RFI, the Government is looking for vendors who can provide a subscription to the brand name Public Health Foundation (PHF) TrainingFinder Real-Time Affiliate Integrated Network (TRAIN) LMS solution, maintenance, and customer service support for the LMS as a Cloud, SaaS solution which shall be FedRAMP compliant.
