Synopsis for Request for Quote for 36C10B20Q0294 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for Statistical Analytical Services software license renewals and maintenance support for the VA Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) environment in support of data analysis activities serving the users within VINCI. The TAC intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Executive Information Systems, Limited Liability Company, located at 6901 Rockledge Dr., Suite 600, Bethesda, Maryland. The Statutory Authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 entitled, Only Once Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated date of award for this action is June 26, 2020. The period of performance shall be 12 months from June 30, 2020 through June 29, 2021. Commercial acquisition procedures will be used. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 541519 size standard of 150 Employees. This notification shall close on May 29, 2020 at 2PM ET.
