Given that the Government is shifting from a requirement focused primarily on the product and its functionality, with minor set-up and configuration support, to one with a mix of on-going support services and a product with specific required functionality, the Government is interested in available contract venues that include in their scope both the product and services requirements. Please provide responses to the following: Confirmation of technical capability to provide the following brand name software and associated configuration and implementation support: Brand name Bitscopic PraedAlert solution that is capable of performing real time custom alerts, ongoing clinical surveillance/monitoring, extracts, report customization, and analytics services to support the following programs: Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), Pharmacy, Infectious Disease (ID), and Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Indicate whether you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and if so, under which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are you considered a Small Business (as stated in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database). Provide your Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and/or Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) Code. If applicable, provide the name of the existing contract vehicle (e.g. SEWP, GSA, T4NG) and contract number where the required product is currently listed. If not currently listed, please provide a timeline for how long the product would take to be added to the existing contract vehicle.
