Page 2 of 2 This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the number is 36C10B20Q0156. This acquisition will be processed non-competitively under authority 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Technology Solutions Group, Inc. (TSG) located at 11877 Douglas Rd., Suite 102-116, Alpharetta, GA 30005. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by March 12, 2020 at 4:00 PM EST. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract for the renewal of the brand name Ascertia software maintenance and support services. The period of performance for this effort is March 20, 2020 through March 19, 2021.
