Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to enter into a sole source contract for the Employee Education System (EES) offices for the renewal of software maintenance for existing Net Insight SheduALL Software. The TAC intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract with Vizuall, Inc. , located in 1200 S Pine Island Rd., Suite 300, Plantation FL 33324.The Statutory Authority being utilized is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the date of the award, plus 4 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 511210. The anticipated award date is February 03, 2020. This notification shall close on January 27, 2020.
