Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to enter into a sole source contract for the Financial Services Center (FSC) for the procurement of TeamMate Audit Management (TeamMate+) and TeamMate Analytics Licenses, maintenance, migration of data and training that must operate within the existing FSC hardware and software infrastructure. The TAC intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc., doing business as Wolters Kluwer, 100 South 5th street, Suite 700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402. The Statutory Authority being utilized is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the date of the award, plus 4 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 511210. The anticipated award date is February 07, 2020. This notification shall close on February 05, 2020.
