The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) requires a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf web-based locator service that acts as an online investigative platform allowing researchers, attorneys, law clerks and Judges to locate personal information on veterans. Information consists of home address record, phone number record, incarceration information, identity of family members (see Product Requirements for comprehensive list).
