The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity for the subject award. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center awarded Contract NNG15SD19B 36C10B20F0346 Order to Alvarez LLC 8251 Greensboro Drive Suite 230 Tysons Corner VA 22102 for the installation of a location-based Wi-Fi network at the Greenville South Carolina Community Based Outpatient Clinic to provide an industry-standard wireless network throughout the site. Contractor shall provide the following equipment necessary for installation Cisco wireless Access Points (AP), Cisco 3504 Series Wireless Local Area Network Controller (WLC), patch panels, cabling, wall mounts, rack mount, and associated software licenses and maintenance. In addition, Contractor shall provide system design, configuration and standard installation of wireless Cisco AP, Cisco WLC, and mobility service engine where applicable, prime infrastructure management and confirmation updates in relation to the new installations, and post installation system test and validation. Total contract value is $230,662.90 Total Amount Obligated at award is $163,382.29
