Request For Information (RFI) - Question and Answers State Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) Integration Development and Sustainment Support TAC Number: TAC-19-55667; FBO 36C10B19R0033_1 Question 1:  Attachment A State PDMP Integration Requirements Specification Document (RSD)  It will greatly assist in our response. We are trying to determine if viewing the PDMP data should be triggered as a result of the Provider prescribing a controlled substance for a patient, including refills. This trigger would then send the query request to the clearinghouse from VistA via DAS or Healthshare. If so, then there is the potential of changes to CPRS as well as VistA.  Answer 1:  Attachment A State PDMP Integration Requirements Specification Document (RSD) will not be provided at this time. The Government does not require triggering as a result of the Provider prescribing a controlled substance for a patient, including refills. Additionally, as stated in the RFI, Please note this was previously released under FBO #36C10B19Q0411, the requirements related to CPRS development were removed.
