The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for Behavioral Health Lab (BHL) software maintenance and technical support for the Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4, Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center (MIRECC). The TAC intends to award a sole source, 12-month firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with two 12-month option period to Capital Solution Design (CSD) LLC, 1211 S Eads St. #2104 Arlington, VA 22202-4706 for Behavioral Health Lab (BHL) Software Maintenance and Technical Support as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, Only Once Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed solicitation number for this effort is 36C10B19Q0430. The place of performance for this acquisition is at the Contractor s facility. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 with a corresponding small business size standard of 150 Employees. The estimated date of award for this action is Sept 26, 2019. This notification shall close on June 7, 2019. This is a notification of intent, not a request for proposals.
