Provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) that addresses the level of effort (LOE) required to meet the requirements of PWS paragraph 5.0 and all subparagraphs. Please ensure the ROM specifically identifies the LOE for PWS paragraphs 5.1.5, 5.4. and 5.6. The response due date remains close of business on March 13, 2019. Responses page limitation remains six (6) pages. There are no format requirements.
