This requirement is on behalf of the Office of Information and Technology to provide support services as identified in the attached DRAFT PWS to assist PPO with investment and capital planning oversight including analysis and impacts of changes/updates to the OMB guidance related to the Annual, Passback, and monthly submissions to OMB, reporting, and Enterprise Project Structure (EPS). The Contractor shall provide a full complement of monitoring and assisting services for MITBC submissions, including reporting and analysis of actual performance of IT activities, Capital Planning, preparing reports necessary to support Major and Non-Major Investments during the IT Budget request process, and budget monitoring tasks in the PWS. The Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine the capability of industry to complete the requirement. Please see the attached DRAFT PWS and Questions for Industry to complete. Also, if there are any further questions or clarifications that need to be addressed, please include them in the responses submitted. *MUST BE A VENDOR ON GSA. Please include your GSA Contract Number, Cage Code and SAM UEI Number.*
