Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services - American Samoa This amendment is issued to provide an update to the RFI/Sources Sought that was posted on June 11, 2024. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to American Samoa Telecommunications Authority, a Government Entity as was intended in the original RFI/ Sources Sought. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
