The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to Worldnet Telecommunications, LLC, a Small Business as was intended in the original RFI/ Sources Sought. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under 41 U.S.C. 1903 as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501, entitled Special Documentation Requirements.
