This amendment is to inform all potential vendors the Government intends to proceed with issuing an open market solicitation on SAM.gov for LEO services. This is a competitive acquisition for a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with an ordering period of five (5) years. Per FAR 7.102(a), Agencies shall perform acquisition planning and conduct market research for all acquisitions.
