This proposed action is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Situational Leadership (Situation Leadership-Level Two) training for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Command Operations (ECO) staff to enhance their communication skills. The training will be two sessions of 24 ECO students. This is virtual training over two sessions with a total of 48 students. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $15 million is appropriate for this acquisition.
