The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires a complete commercial-off-the-shelf, web-based Crisis Information Management software solution that can be integrated with the Federal, State, and local emergency management community. The Contractor shall perform life-cycle development tasks for the COTS, web-based Crisis Information Management Software solution. The software solution shall meet the necessary requirements to be deployed as an outside hosted managed service on the VA Enterprise Cloud. The VA is contemplating a firm fixed price contract for one 12-month base period from the date of award, with four 12-month option periods. This contract is not expected to exceed 5 years (60 months).
