RFI 36C10A22Q0245 AMENDMENT 0001:  The purpose of this Amendment is to inform interested Vendors that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will issue the NCA Kiosk IDIQ Recompete requirement under the subject announcement on an unrestricted basis on or about the last week in November 2022. The requirement will be issued under a new Procurement Instrument Identifier Number 36C10A -23-Q-0023. Â
