LEC Services - South Carolina (VA-23-00003927) This amendment is issued to provide an update to the RFI/Sources Sought that was posted on July 19, 2022. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to Horry Telephone Cooperative, a Not-for-Profit organization as was intended in the original RFI/ Sources Sought. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
