The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Healthcare systems Facilities Management Service will maintain this contract for 1 base year and have 3 Option Years. This ISP Service provider is available to provide installation service and continued Internet service to the 6 listed campuses without significant outages. This service will provide at least 1GB of internet speed under full load operation. This Internet service will be managed by VA FMS HTM staff and have full access to archived users history and be configured to restrict URL’s as required by IO.NETWORK.NOC.TICGATEWAY. Further management by FMS HTM staff will require an agreement lease that is required for user to gain access to it and have a maximum data usage rate set by VA FMS HTM staff. The Contractor shall provide all transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, test equipment, and design layout needed to perform and provide local internet access. These services shall include any special items, equipment, wiring or infrastructure to ensure the contractor's proposed solution is compatible with the government's current infrastructure. The contractor is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the operation of the circuit up and its leased components during the duration of the contract.
