The contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals, and transportation necessary to provide and maintain television programming to at least 290 drops (could vary plus/minus five drops throughout the contract period) located at the VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46206.
