All Concerned: Reference RFI #: 36C10A22Q0026 This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this Sources Sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation. The closing date and time of this Sources Sought notice is November 09 at 4:00 PM Central Standard Time. Description of the product/solution an offeror would submit, and how it meets the specific tasks and deliverables listed below in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), how it will use the existing VA hardware, and any additional hardware that would be required to implement the solution. This shall be limited to 3 pages. A list of the contract vehicle(s) the solution is available under. The Contractor shall provide all maintenance, services, and resources necessary to maintain and repair the existing DirecTV programming for the current HDTV distribution system at the VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46206 as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. The Period of Performance is for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.
