System must support digital connectivity, data file transfer, voice calls, fax transmission and video traffic and provide 24/7 Business Class Priority 1 Customer Service. Provider must be able to provide all the above telecommunications services. This will ensure services are dependable and will be able to respond quickly to outages and additional requests that may impact patient care needs/treatment and VA staff/employees at the Williston CBOC and Fargo VAMC.

Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Description of the product/solution an offeror would submit, and how it meets the salient characteristics listed below and in the attached Product Description, how it will use the existing VA hardware, and any additional hardware that would be required to implement the solution. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires telecommunication voice business service and support to the Williston CBOC for the Fargo VA Health Care System. System must support digital connectivity, data file transfer, voice calls, fax transmission and video traffic and provide 24/7 Business Class Priority 1 Customer Service. Provider must be able to provide all the above telecommunications services. This will ensure services are dependable and will be able to respond quickly to outages and additional requests that may impact patient care needs/treatment and VA staff/employees at the Williston CBOC and Fargo VAMC. The Phone services must provide the following functionalities: 12 VIP CHANNELS, 2 VIP PORT,1 VIP TRANSPORT, STATE, CITY AND COUNTY TAXES: MANDATED FEES, EAS TRUNKS, DID NUMBER. The Contractor shall provide all services as identified on the attached SOW. The Period of Performance is for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.
