Update 10/12/2021 Acquisition Strategy changed to SDVOSB Set-Aside based on responses to original RFI Site Survey Details Vendors interested in performing a site survey prior to solicitation will have an opportunity to visit the site at 0930 on October 27, 2021. The customer will be providing a briefing on details of the project as well as a walkthrough of the facility. Interested vendors must contact the contract specialist at james.morgan10@va.gov to notify of your intention to attend. The site survey will be held at: VAMC West Palm Beach 7305 N Military Tr West Palm Beach, FL 33410 Visitors will be screened at the Front Gate for Temperature and COVID exposure. Visitors will need to present an ID at the main entrance. Meeting Location: BC-231 (Basement Level, Engineering Department near West Service Elevators) Proceed through Main Atrium to Service Elevators, Basement level, head left to West Elevators, Engineering is on the right. Update 9/23/2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to host Site Survey visits at the project location between October 1, 2021 and October 15, 2021. Vendors interested in conducting a site survey, virtually or on-site, of the location must contact the Contract Specialist, James Morgan, at james.morgan10@va.gov prior to the closeout of this notice, September 30, 2021, to declare your intent to participate and schedule a date. Participation details will be provided to interested vendors. Additionally, the VA is interested in feedback on the draft PWS attached to this notice. Vendors may provide suggestions for improvements to the PWS to the Contract Specialist at james.morgan10@va.gov anytime between the date of this notice to the last possible date of site sureveys, October 15, 2021. 8/24/2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center-Austin is seeking contractors capable of procuring, installing, and maintaining a CenTrak Real Time Location System (RTLS) Asset Tracking system with Infor interface at Medical Center West Palm Beach (WPB VAMC) in West Palm Beach Florida. The contractor selected for this requirement would also be required to train personnel on the operation and maintenance of the installed system. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement for details.
