This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 541519, Other Computer Related Services. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this Sources Sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation. To respond to this Sources Sought notice, please provide the following information below via email to Anthony Browner, Contracting Specialist, at Anthony.Browner@va.gov. The closing date and time of this Sources Sought notice is February 26 at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time. Company Name Address DUNS Point of Contact to include Phone Number and Email Address Socio-economic classification in accordance with NAICS 541519. Description of the product/solution an offeror would submit, and how it meets the salient characteristics listed below and in the attached Product Description, how it will use the existing VA hardware, and any additional hardware that would be required to implement the solution. This shall be limited to 3 pages. A list of the contract vehicle(s) the solution is available under. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires a PeriOperative (PeriOp) Management software solution, maintenance support, software installation/implementation services, and training. The Contractor shall provide this software solution at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Durham, NC. The PeriOp Management software solution shall be capable of Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) integration, have a graphical user interface designed to provide a constant integrated view of patient status in real-time, manage perioperative complexity, improve team communication, enhance patient safety, and improve operational efficiency by streamlining documentation and updating VistA. The PeriOp Management software shall include the following functionalities: PreOp Board: Must allow for existing large screen wall and workstation displays that provide situational awareness of the surgical preparation process Operating Room (OR)-Dashboard with Active Time Out: Comprehensive, continuously updated view of the surgical case from setup to closing OR-Schedule Boards: Current day’s surgical caseload able to be displayed on existing large screens showing an aggregated view in real-time Family Waiting Board: Existing display to allow families to track family member progress An analytics package providing reporting capabilities The Contractor shall provide all software, licenses, maintenance, and training as identified on the attached Product Description dated 19 February 2021. The Period of Performance is for a base period of twelve (12) months and two (2) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.
