The purpose of this notice is to upload amendment 0003 documents that were erroneously not uploaded with the posting on FBO of amendment 0003, in regards to Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10A-20-R-0003. This amendment 0004 posting includes amendment 0003, its attachment (responses to questions), and amendment 0004. Prospective offerors are required to submit a proposal for the requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Satellite Communications Operations by December 30, 2019, 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. The requirement will be a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. VA is not responsible for any costs incurred by prospective offerors in submitting a proposal to this solicitation.
