The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Administration requests the renewal of Event Management software and services. This requirement is to renew the annual software maintenance on the currently installed EMS (Event Management Systems) Pro system used by the Office if Administration. It allows the entire (VACO) VA Central Office campus to use one standard system for Space Reservation if they choose to do so. This method leverages the Office of Administration’s existing system, currently limited to 11,000 users. Period of performance: 8/15/20 – 8/14/21
