PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0437 Long Beach Activation Package #043 CPAP/VPAP The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Long Beach Healthcare System has a requirement for CPAP/VPAP Monitor & Titration and Monitoring & Treatment Systems, as part of the Long Beach Activation Project 402 for the Outpatient Building #126. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW) and pricing schedule. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov, no later than Friday September , 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
