Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0409 Palo Alto Pkg 38 Mobile Diagnostic Scanner The Department of Veterans Affairs, Research & VMU Project in Palo Alto, CA needs a contract for the procurement of one (1) OrthoScan Mobile Diagnostic Unit (or equal) with accessories and software as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Research & VMU Project in Palo Alto, CA. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), the Price Schedule for Completion, the Delivery Schedule, and the Shipping Instructions. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Thursday August 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
