Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0403 Redding CA., Activation Package 12 Biological Freezers and Refrigerators The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Redding, CA., has a requirement for the procurement of biological freezers and refrigerators, as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed VA Redding Outpatient Clinic. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), and the Price Schedule for Completion. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Specialist Ron Shelko at Ronald.shelko@va.gov, and Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Monday August 24, 2020 by 5:00 PM (Eastern).
