Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0323 Omaha Package 137 Stainless Steel Items The Department of Veteran Affairs Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VANWIHS) has a requirement to purchase one Stainless Steel Items in support of the activation of the new Ambulatory Care Center currently under construction at the VA Omaha Campus. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ), offered to the manufacturers SDVOSB authorized distributors. If you are providing an or equal please include your authorized distributor letter, the completed price schedule and cut sheets for the proposed items.
