PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q00267_2 Omaha Activation Pkg. 47 – Hysteroscopy System The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System has a requirement for the procurement of Myosure Hysteroscopy system brand name, as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care Center (ACC). This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral “Request for Quotes” (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), Redacted J&A, and the Price Schedule for Completion. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at bernadette.bodzenta@va.gov no later than Thursday June 4 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
